After waiting until 445pm I rang to see where my order was only to be told it wouldnt be coming today. After speaking to several different people at the company eventually Georgie Took ownership of the problem but despite her efforts to locate it they are completely let down by the delivery company that they use Tufnells. The latest complaint Inability ro provide good and refund was resolved on Jun 09 2014.
